Shipping & Returns
Faithful Foods Inc. will exchange or provide a store credit for items that were damaged due to improper shipping on our part. We are not responsible for product damage caused by the shipping company.
If you are interested in returning or exchanging a product, we ask that you email us at info@faithfulfoods.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or tampered with.
Shipping rates are determined by the weight and the destination of the products ordered. We make every effort to ship out items within 3-5 business days. We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping. Customers will receive an email with shipment notification and tracking information.
